Residents from from all over the country are settling in our beautiful city for many reasons for example more jobs, no state tax, less traffic and most importantly cheaper cost of living. According to KLAS news the settlement has increased our population to a little over 3 million. With increase of population comes an increase in home buying, home renting, businesses and a demand for home/apartment builders. It also increases our traffic which is already bad and takes away jobs from our own residents. Las Vegas will eventually start to expand and accommodate the growing economy. It only seemed live a few years ago that Blue Diamond/Enterprise area was all desert, the area across from Las Vegas high school was all desert and now look at it! Summerlin back was once called “The Land that leads to nowhere” and now it is one of our prestigious communities.
